Your order is not accepted until ApexRider sends an order confirmation. We must receive and process your payment before accepting your order. Please review your orders carefully before completing your purchase, as ApexRider may not be able to process cancellation requests once an order is accepted.

In the event that we reject, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You may return or exchange your purchase only in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchase is for personal or household use only, and not for commercial resale or export.

The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be stated in your email order confirmation. Unless expressly stated otherwise, published prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties, or import fees.

We will not be held liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance procedures, or events outside of our reasonable control. Once we transfer the products to the shipping carrier, the title and risk of loss transfer to you.

ApexRider operates using Shopify technology, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sale or purchase you make on our store is conducted directly with ApexRider. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales transactions between you and ApexRider, including any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the purchase of products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or related to your purchase and transaction with ApexRider.

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service.
