ApexRider Return & Refund Policy
At ApexRider, your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a comprehensive return policy that strictly complies with U.S. consumer protection standards and FTC regulations.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Item Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature and functionality.

A valid proof of purchase (such as your Order Number) is required to process your return.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you must contact our support team at: contactapexrider@use.startmail.com.

Instructions: Once your return request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to ship your package.

Important Notice: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or there was an error on our part:

The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping fees.

Recommendation: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost in transit.
5. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to legal, safety, or hygiene regulations:

Customized Products: Tailored goods, custom-made items, or products with custom engravings.

Gift Cards.

Sale Items: Unlike other retailers, ApexRider accepts returns on sale items, provided they meet all the standard condition requirements listed above.
6. Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us instantly. In these cases, ApexRider will cover all shipping and replacement costs to make it right.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
8. Refunds & Processing Times
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item to let you know if the refund is approved.

Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and credited back to your original method of payment within 10 to 14 business days.

Bank Delays: Please keep in mind it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
