ApexRider Shipping Policy
At ApexRider, we are dedicated to getting your orders to you as quickly and transparently as possible. Below you will find the details regarding our processing times, shipping estimates, and delivery terms for our customers in the United States and worldwide.
1. Order Processing & Order Preparation
Every ApexRider product goes through a strict preparation and quality control phase before it leaves our facility:

Processing Time: Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to be prepared, packaged, and handed over to our shipping carriers.

During this time, we verify product quality, secure the packaging for international transit, and generate the required customs documentation.

Orders placed on weekends or official holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
2. Shipping & Transit Times (From Spain to the USA)
Our products ship directly from our main facility in Spain. Once your package is handed over to the international logistics carrier, the estimated delivery windows are as follows:

Standard Shipping to the United States: 4 to 7 business days in transit.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: Customers in the U.S. typically receive their orders within 6 to 10 business days from the date of purchase (including processing time).

Please Note: These timelines are estimates based on normal operations. External factors such as customs clearance checks, carrier delays, or extreme weather conditions may cause occasional delays beyond ApexRider's control.
3. Order Tracking
We want you to know exactly where your gear is at every step of the journey.

As soon as your order ships, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your Tracking Number.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking status to update in the carrier's system after receiving your shipping confirmation email.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on package weight and the final delivery address. All available shipping rates and options will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your payment.
5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Because your order is shipped internationally from Spain to the United States:

The customer acts as the importer of record and must comply with all local regulations.

Packages generally pass through U.S. Customs smoothly; however, any customs duties, local import taxes, or carrier handling fees levied by U.S. authorities upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

ApexRider is not responsible for these additional government fees and cannot predict or refund them.
6. Delivery Address Responsibilities
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete, valid, and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, or if it is returned to us because it was left unclaimed at a local carrier facility, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the package.
7. Delivery Issues & Shipping Inquiries
If your package arrives with visible physical damage to the external box, or if you have not received your order after 15 business days from receiving your tracking number, please reach out to us immediately at: contactapexrider@use.startmail.com. We will instantly open an official investigation with the shipping company to resolve the issue for you.
